Q4 2023 Tower Defense Triumphs in Latin America on iOS

In the fourth quarter of 2023, the Tower Defense category has shown impressive engagement on the iOS platform in Latin America, according to data from Sensor Tower. Five standout games have marked their territory in this competitive field.

Plants vs. Zombies™ 2 maintained a steady influx of downloads, peaking at 35K in late September and ending the quarter with around 32K. Revenue saw a notable peak in mid-November, reaching over $10K, and weekly active users (WAUs) remained robust, starting at 402K and experiencing a slight increase to 343K by year-end.

The original Plants vs. Zombies™ also performed well, with downloads hovering around 18K in early October and spiking to 23K during the holiday season. Revenue trends showed a gradual increase, with the week of Christmas bringing in over $1K. WAUs saw a healthy climb from 115K to 125K throughout the quarter.

Moving to Rush Royale: Tower Defense TD, this title saw a significant revenue peak of nearly $43K at the end of October, coupled with a steady rise in downloads, culminating in a spike to 7K in late December. WAUs fluctuated slightly but ended on a high note, growing from 37K to nearly 40K.

TAP4FUN's Kingdom Guard:Tower Defense TD revealed a remarkable revenue jump, peaking at $11K in late November and mid-December. Downloads showed an impressive increase from 1.9K to 11K, while WAUs more than quadrupled, starting at 4K and soaring to over 17K by the quarter's end.

Finally, Bloons TD 6 NETFLIX, despite its modest revenue figures, experienced consistent growth in downloads, starting at 3.5K and rising to 6K. The WAUs showed a significant upward trend, increasing from 15K to over 21K, indicating a growing player base.
